Portugal Rugby League is looking for female players who may be eligible to represent Portugal next year in Rugby League.

We welcome applications from players with experience in Rugby League or Rugby Union. We have coaches with experience across both codes who can support players transitioning into Rugby League.

Eligibility Requirements
Players may qualify if they are:

Born in Portugal
Applicants must provide official proof of place of birth, such as a passport showing Portugal as place of birth or a full birth certificate.

Eligible through Portuguese parentage or grandparentage
Players not born in Portugal may qualify through a Portuguese-born parent or grandparent, where applicable.

Applicants must provide relevant documentation proving their family link to Portugal, including birth certificates and any supporting documents required to show the family connection.
