About Us
WELCOME TO OFFLOAD
Offload was founded by Ella Amory, a Belgian international rugby player with over 20 caps in Sevens and six seasons of experience competing in the English Premiership.
Originally from Brussels, Ella’s own path into elite rugby was made possible through a fortunate connection — a reminder that, too often, success in the women’s game depends on who you know rather than how good you are. Offload was created to change that.
Our mission is to democratize access to opportunities in women’s rugby by providing a central platform where players, clubs, universities, and unions can connect directly — regardless of geography, background, or budget.
Built by an athlete who has lived the journey, Offload empowers women to take control of their rugby careers with clarity, transparency, and ambition.

Our Vision
Statement as the CEO
As CEO of Offload, I’m incredibly passionate about reshaping the landscape of rugby recruitment and player development. Our mission is to open doors for players who are eager to reach their full potential, no matter their background or who they know. In rugby, especially among women players, access to new opportunities has often depended heavily on personal networks, with limited guidance from professional agents. This creates a system where talent isn’t always fully recognized or fairly distributed, and decisions can be influenced by who is connected to whom. Offload is here to change that. By offering a transparent, centralized platform, we can help bridge this gap, allowing players to take control of their journey and clubs to access an expansive, unbiased network of talent. I believe Offload will bring clarity and equity to rugby recruitment, helping everyone in the sport make informed, merit-based decisions that elevate both individual players and the teams they join. Our goal is to create an environment where every player, regardless of connections, can achieve their dreams through dedication and skill, supported by a system built on fairness and opportunity.
