Offload is aimed at improving rugby’s interpersonal relationships by linking a database of players with clubs to help with recruitment and unions to keep track of who is eligible to play for them. As a company, we value honesty, integrity and hard work.

OFFLOAD BENEFITS
- Create your profile – the stronger the profile, the more chance you have to connect with clubs/unions.
- Apply for offers – clubs can post offers which you can directly apply for if you meet the criteria.
- Search through the map if you want to travel somewhere and would like to play rugby abroad, if a club is available they will appear on that map.
- Use smart filters to search through the list of Clubs.
- Message a club directly
- Create your profile with information about you season layout (pre-season, season and off-season), information about your training times and days – this will allow players to tailor their working hours accordingly.
- Reach out to players if their profile is of interest.
- Use smart filters to find specific players profiles.
- Post and manage offers if you are looking for a specific profile. Example: Hooker, EQP, U20.
- Find players with smart filters who are eligible to play for you and get in touch.
- Post and manage offers if you are looking for anyone eligible to play. For example: Players Eligible for Canada – for an initial chat.
- Create your Profile with information about you season layout (pre-season, season and off-season), information about your training times and days – this will allow players to tailor their studying and timetables accordingly.
- Reach out to players if their profile is of interest – and help with their application processes.
- Get in touch with players to find out if they have the academic background to enter your University/college.
