These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Offload. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Player Interactions

If you are working under the RFU (Rugby Football Union):

• You must not contact a player on Offload unless their profile displays an ‘Contract ending soon’ banner.
• Players working under the RFU with a contract exceeding 12 months may not initiate conversations with other clubs.

Offload reserves the right to monitor and restrict communication in breach of these terms.

User Conduct

By using Offload, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• Provide truthful information about your health, well being and injury status. 
• Refrain from inappropriate, unauthorized, or unethical use of the platform.

Offload reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability Disclaimer

Offload provides a platform for connection and opportunity but is not responsible for:

• Outcomes of interactions between players, clubs, or unions.
• Contracts, negotiations, or decisions made outside of the platform.
• Personal information shared willingly by users.
