Refund Policy

Thank you for using Offload. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

Membership Payments

  • Offload offers memberships to clubs, unions, universities, and colleges.
  • Once a payment is made, it is refundable, as long as you can reach an agreement with a member of staff based on: 
    -If you no longer wish to use the platform. 
    -If the platform is no longer useful to your institution. 
    -If you can no longer afford the service. 
    -If you have found a better platform providing similar services. 

Cancellation of Membership

  • Users may cancel their membership at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, Offload will stop any future payments associated with the membership.
  • Any payment already made prior to cancellation will  be refunded under agreement.
